Classification of flange nuts

Flange nuts are roughly divided into two types. Each part with anti-loosening pattern teeth and without teeth has staggered cams. Because the slope angle of the internal wedge design is greater than the nut angle of the bolt, this combination is tightly snapped into one Overall, the surface contact area of the flange nut and the connecting piece is large, which determines its use. When vibration occurs, the convex parts of the anti-loosening nut are shifted to each other, generating lifting tension, so as to achieve a perfect anti-loosing effect. The surface treatment of flange nut has blackening treatment, white zinc plating, blue and white zinc plating, and color zinc plating.
When the two parts connected by bolts and nuts are connected conveniently, the bolt holes of one part are usually processed very large, so that it is very convenient to align the two parts. The two holes do not need to be accurate to achieve the bolt connection. The enlargement of the bolt hole will inevitably lead to the reduction of the contact area between the ordinary nut and the connected part. In this way, this kind of flange nut can be used to avoid this situation.
