The bolt performance level is 10.9, and the nut is the installation torque under the condition of phosphating surface treatment. For the installation torque of nuts with other surface treatments and performance levels, we will recommend installation torques for customers according to actual working conditions.

The optimal torque should be obtained through experiments for each specific application. Because many factors such as the material, hardness, surface roughness, surface treatment and bolt condition of the fastened parts will affect the torque coefficient.
It is recommended to use a torque wrench during assembly.
Matching of performance levels: The performance levels of bolts and nuts should match. Generally speaking, high-performance nuts can replace low-performance nuts.
Matching bolts: Nuts are used in conjunction with bolts with external threads and tolerance accuracy of 6g and above.
The lock nut is used for rigid connection, which is the normal application field of the nut; the flexible connection, by adopting a simple installation scheme, can be used in the flexible connection field and achieve the same anti-loosening effect; threaded hole: can be made with a tap An anti-loosening threaded hole with the same anti-loosening effect as the anti-loosening nut.
