Manufacturing process and characteristics of welding nuts

A weld nut is a type of nut that is suitable for the outside of the weld nut, is usually made of weldable material, and is thick and suitable for welding. Welding combines two independent parts into one part, melts the metal at a high temperature, and then adds an alloy in the middle after mixing and cooling. The internal is a function of molecular force, and the strength is usually greater than the strength of the matrix. The welding parameter experiment depends on the welding size of the welding, and the welding parameters are adjusted according to the welding size until there are no defects. Of course, the quality of welding is related to the treatment before welding (such as dust removal and oil stains).
Welding nuts, the grooves around the welding protrusions and the remaining material after welding are absorbed by the grooves around the welding protrusions (especially around the welding protrusions), thereby providing an excellent welding nut. The welding nut is in close contact with the iron plate. It is the material (same or different) of the workpiece to be welded. By heating and/or pressurizing, the workpiece material with or without filler material can reach the atomic structure and form a connection. Welding nuts have internal threads and are fasteners that can be combined with bolts. Mechanical parts with threads, used in combination with screws to transmit movement and force.
The weld nut includes a nut main body having one end and a second end including a serrated portion, the serrated portion is provided on a radially outer surface of the nut main body, and the length of the serrated portion is the length of the nut main body. The radial direction is constant. The positioning post is on the surface of the serrated part, and the surface faces one or two ends. When welding parts such as printed circuit boards with welding nuts, the excess solder will penetrate between the teeth of the saw-tooth parts, thereby avoiding the inclination of the welding nuts and the adhesion between the solder and the teeth. Uniform stress is applied to the weld nut. In addition, the positioning post reduces the torque of the welding nut during the assembly process and prevents the welding nut from falling off the PCB board.
